Event and gameplay data: RSVP responses, event participation, match results, scores, and derived statistics such as win-loss records and point differentials.

Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, such as the pages you view and actions you take.

• Create and manage your account and player profile.
• Send event invitations, RSVP links, confirmations, waitlist updates, and reminders via SMS and email.
• Generate balanced tournament schedules and track match results.

The Service uses a third-party provider (Twilio) to send and receive text messages. If an organizer invites you to an event using your phone number, you may receive SMS messages including event invitations, RSVP links, confirmation notices, and waitlist updates. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, by updating your SMS preferences in your player profile, or by contacting us. Opting out may affect your ability to receive event invitations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information:

• With event organizers: Organizers who invite you to events may see your name, RSVP status, and profile details relevant to event management.
• With service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service, such as SMS delivery (Twilio), hosting, and analytics. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
