You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Organizers may create player profiles and send event invitations using names, email addresses, and phone numbers provided to them. If your information is used in a way you did not authorize, you may claim your profile or contact us to request removal.

Claiming a player profile links it to your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you add or edit on your claimed profile.

By providing your phone number and participating in events, you consent to receive SMS messages related to event invitations, RSVPs, confirmations, waitlists, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or through your profile settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing information.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from the Service without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or participants.

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, schedules, and scores they enter. Drive Drop Dink generates schedules and statistics based on the data provided but does not guarantee the accuracy or fairness of results. Disputes about scores or scheduling should be resolved between participants and organizers.

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and content, is owned by Drive Drop Dink and protected by intellectual property laws. Player names and gameplay data you submit remain yours, but you grant us a license to use, display, and process that data to operate the Service, including displaying names and statistics in leaderboards and event views.

The Service relies on third-party providers, such as SMS delivery (Twilio) and hosting services. We are not responsible for the actions or failures of these third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that schedules, scores, or statistics will be accurate. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drive Drop Dink LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Drive Drop Dink LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Drive Drop Dink LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state for any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
